Koyasan, a place a little bit away from the most touristic areas where in its temples and sacred areas you can breathe an air of spirituality that has nothing to do with the temples of the big cities.
To get there has to be by a funicular as it is at the top of a mountain and once you get the most remarkable are its temples and the Okunoin Cemetery.
The Okunoin Cemetery is located inside a forest and is the largest in Japan, with an age of 1200 years and contains about 200,000 tombs, almost nothing. You can visit it both during the day and at night. When you enter it and the night comes, the cemetery becomes magical in nature.
With this photo I wish you a good Sunday and that we all continue in our homes!
