Añisclo Autumn

Autumn 2020 was a special one.
That year had started off rough. The pandemic had kept us locked inside, and going out to take photos had become almost a dream; going out for anything, really, was a challenge.
The months slowly went by, summer arrived with a hint of freedom, and finally autumn came — the season that managed to bring some color to such a gray year.
I remember those days in Ordesa perfectly. There were barely any people — I went during the week — and the weather, moody yet kind, gave me just the right moments to shoot.
That year, I wanted to capture something around the Añisclo area, and this photo was one of the results. Later, I found another beautiful spot, but the light had faded so much that I couldn’t do anything.
Five years later, I still haven’t gone back… though every autumn, in a way, I feel like I do.
